The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of temperature on pesticide residue levels in pollen and nectar. Therefore, courgette plants were sprayed during flowering with cyprodinil, a systemic active ingredient, and grown at different temperatures ranging from 20 to 30 degree Celsius. Nectar, pollen, anther, flower and leaf samples were taken daily over the course of 1 week. Samples were analysed for residues using LC-MS/MS.
