Investigation of downstream genes regulated by ACOT12 in HCC cells [Huh7]

Huh7 cell, a human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line, was stably overexpressed with scramble shRNA or shRNA against ACOT12. These cells were then used for gene expression profiles analysis. In the study presented here, to investigation of downstream genes regulated by ACOT12 in HCC cells, Huh7 cells were stably overexpressed with scramble shRNA or shRNA against ACOT12. These stable cells were obtained by puromycin selection for 1 week. After validations by western boltting and other functional assays, these cells were then used for gene expression profiles analysis.
