Gene expression profile at single cell level of astrocytes from group housing and single housing mice

Astrocytes are heterogenous, so we used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to profiling astrocytes a the singel cell resolution. Hippocampal tissue were dissociated from either group housing or single housing mice and then astrocytes were isolated by FACS sorting based on fluorescence in astrocytes
