Data and code for: Physiological architecture and evolutionary origins of cellular adaptability
收藏资源简介:
Processed data and analysis code accompanying: Dea A, Lan Y, Doran BA, Ali A, Igarashi MG, Dyer L, Aksianiuk V, Pincus D, Raman AS. Physiological architecture and evolutionary origins of cellular adaptability. Science (2026). Contents include bulk and single-cell RNA-seq processed matrices, UMAP coordinates, mutual information CDFs (SCALES analysis), polysome trace data, single-cell imaging quantification, competitive fitness assays, derived-strain variant calls, CellRanger QC metrics, gene loading tables (ancestral and derived), and Python image analysis pipelines. Raw single-cell and bulk RNA-seq data are deposited in GEO under accession GSE327265. Whole-genome sequencing data are deposited in SRA under accession SRR37929879. MICDF analysis code is available at github.com/annisa-dea/complex-environments. Raw microscopy images (~20 GB) are available upon request from the corresponding authors. v2 (2026-04-10): Updated MICDF, UMAP, and scree data with full-gene analyses for ancestral, derived, and combined datasets. Added CellRanger QC metrics and PC gene loading tables.
