To investigate the effects of Notch inhibition at various stages of differentiation of human iPSC-derived retinal organoids. PF03084014 was added to media for 2 days and organoids analyzed 4 weeks later. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq at three stages of differentiation D45, D60 and D90. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for organoids which are vehicle or notch inhibitor treated.
