By systematically collecting discarded hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissue specimens from clinical surgical procedures, we performed comparative transcriptomic analysis to elucidate gene expression differences between hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissue. This approach aims to investigate the pathological mechanisms of metabolic reprogramming in hypertrophic scar tissue and validate histone lactylation modification CUT&Tag data through transcriptomic sequencing.
