Data and Reproducibility Materials for "CMR-Derived Myocardial Deformation in Autoimmune Rheumatic Diseases: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data and reproducibility materials supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis “CMR-Derived Myocardial Deformation in Autoimmune Rheumatic Diseases: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.” The review evaluated cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR)-derived myocardial deformation in autoimmune rheumatic diseases. The updated search included PubMed, Embase, Scopus, CENTRAL and Web of Science, together with supplementary citation searching. A total of 3,836 records were screened, 383 reports were assessed for eligibility, 309 were excluded at full-text assessment, and 74 reports were retained in the systematic review. The repository contains, where applicable: • study-level extraction data and report characteristics;• the report-selection and full-text exclusion decision log;• reports not retrieved;• outcome-specific numerical-admission decisions;• cohort-family and overlapping-publication decisions;• JBI critical-appraisal records and supporting evidence;• GRADE evidence profiles and judgment explanations;• model-membership and model-results files;• original quartile inputs and conversion-calculation audit;• statistical analysis code and supporting reproducibility files; and• documentation describing the structure and interpretation of the deposited materials. Related or companion publications were linked into conservative cohort families to avoid double counting within quantitative models. The 74 retained items are therefore reports and do not necessarily represent 74 independent participant cohorts. The principal analyses used documented target phenotypes and direct reported or appropriately combined mean/SD data. Random-effects models used restricted maximum-likelihood estimation with ordinary Hartung–Knapp inference and modified Hartung–Knapp sensitivity analyses. No individual participant-level data are included. The repository contains only study-level information derived from published reports and original review-generated analytical materials.
