Transcriptional data of intestinal glial cells in chickens after stimulation by lipopolysaccharide

Enteric neuroglial cells (EGCs) are an important component of the intestinal nervous system and play a significant role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and neural functions. To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of EGCs under inflammatory conditions, an inflammatory model was established using LPS, and cell samples were collected for transcriptomic analysis to predict their functions.
