Characterization of microbial compositions of pit mud from a strong-flavor liquor in Anhui Province. mud metagenome

Pit mud microbiota is one of most complicated microbial communities in nature. It is highlt related with traditional pit-based fermentation theory and technology. About half of the microbiota are unknown species that are of great value to investigate. The goal of this project is to find more interesting microbial species using full-length 16S RNA gene next-generation sequencing platform.
