This dataset contains the design files and software needed for the construction and operation of the Customizable Light-Duty Aerial Recovery Kit (CLARK-3), a drone-based winch that is interoperable with the MAVLink protocol and can support the recovery of payloads up to 3kg. The mechanical components are 3D printable (both FDM and SLA) or readily available off-the-shelf. The control electronics is Arduino-based and can be customized and manufactured from the designs provided.
