资源简介:
This study aims to identify key long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and their associated pathways in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from sepsis immunosuppression patients. Using weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), we have constructed a co-expression network to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying sepsis-induced immunosuppression. The study utilizes Agilent Human ceRNA Microarray 2019 to profile lncRNA expression in PBMCs from three sepsis patients and three healthy controls. The study includes six samples: three from patients with sepsis-induced immunosuppression and three from healthy individuals. Gene expression profiling was performed using the Agilent Human ceRNA Microarray 2019(4*180k,Design ID:086188). Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) was applied to identify modules of co-expressed lncRNAs associated with sepsis. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis were conducted to identify key pathways and hub genes. RT-PCR was used for validation of selected lncRNAs and mRNAs. External data validation was performed to corroborate the findings. *** Submitter declares that raw data have been lost. ***
