Slovene Public Opinion Survey 1988

The main purpose of the study was inquiry about the public support toward position of Slovene Parliament against the intended reform of Federal Constitution. It is shorter then normal SJM survey and retain only a few standard SJM questions concerning general judgement about the social and political situation in Slovenia. Specific questions deal with the role of republics in a federation. Some of the questions are devoted to current affairs just before the fall of communism, opposition movement and protest potential in Slovenia and Yugoslavia. A minimal set of demographic questions is included.
