Genome assembly and structural and functional annotation files for crop wild relatives of sugar beet

For the project 'Pangenome of cultivated beet and crop wild relatives reveals parental relationships of a tetraploid wild beet', genome assemblies and annotations were generated for four different wild beets: *B. corolliflora*, *B. lomatogona*, *B. macrorhiza* and *P. procumbens*. This data publication contains the genome assembly sequences and structural and functional annotation files for all of these genome sequences.
