Environmental constraints shape trait diversity of Caribbean reef fishes across depth

This repository contains: The dataset containing fish observations from 2017 to 2021 submersible campaigns ("file.fish.binned.csv"); 2023 shallow UVC transects in Curacao ("fish.shallow.curacao.csv"); 2024 shallow UVC transects in Bonaire ("fish.shallow.bonaire.csv"); and 2024 deep submersible transects in Curacao ("sub_transects_2024Curacao.csv"). The compiled trait dataset describing the size, gregariousness, activity time, diet, mobility, and reproduction of the 254 fish species observed. The scripts used to perform data analysis and create figures
