We conducted a 16S metagenomics analysis on samples of ground beef microflora with or without EHEC to identify the natural microflora present in the ground meat samples, in the one hand, and to study the impact of E. coli O26:H11 21765, and O157:H7 EDL933 strains on the composition of this microbial community, on the other hand.
