This dataset collects early warning indicators for sales analysis of JiuZhou Pharmacy (Baijingfang Alley Store). The calculated early warning indicators include year-on-year changes in sales revenue, year-on-year changes in customer volume, number of near-expiry products, proportion of slow-moving products, and inventory turnover days. These indicators can not only be used to monitor store sales performance, enabling real-time monitoring and early warning, rapid emergency response, prediction of customer churn, and identification of inventory overstock issues, but also support long-term early warning data analysis to guide future business directions and strategy formulation. Additionally, it serves multiple scenarios requiring enterprise or institutional applications such as industry analysis and market research, supply chain management, financial investment and risk assessment, and consumer behavior analysis, targeting entities including peer pharmacies and chains, pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors, marketing and advertising companies, and government and regulatory agencies. 1. Data Source This dataset collects early warning data including total sales revenue over the past 30 days, slow-moving product amount, inventory, year-on-year changes in sales revenue, year-on-year changes in customer volume, number of near-expiry products, proportion of slow-moving products, and inventory turnover days. 2. Data Processing Early warning thresholds and indicators with different parameters are set, where the warning thresholds are derived from the historical early warning data of JiuZhou Pharmacy (Baijingfang Alley Store) via time series analysis. (1) Year-on-Year Sales Revenue Warning Indicator: If the year-on-year decline in the previous period reaches the warning threshold (e.g., 5%), it is regarded as an early warning signal, which may indicate a decline in sales performance. (2) Year-on-Year Customer Volume Warning Indicator: If the decline in customer volume exceeds the warning threshold (e.g., more than 10%), it alerts the need to pay attention to customer churn issues. (3) Near-Expiry Products Warning Indicator: If the growth rate of the number of near-expiry products reaches the warning threshold, vigilance is required regarding inventory overstock and potential loss risks.
