Characterization of a Boron-Tolerant Nocardia niigatensis Isolated from Boron-Rich Soils: Physiological, Enzymatic, and Genomic Insights

This study was conducted with the aim of isolating Nocardia genus bacteria from soil samples collected from boron mines in the Bigadic region of Turkey and determining the boron tolerance levels of these isolates. As part of the research, metagenomic analysis of the boron mine sites was performed, which revealed distinct microbial community structures specific to the respective sites.
