Transmission of extracellular vesicles (EVs)-packaged circRNA from tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells

We compared the circRNA expression profiles of TAMs versus MDMs, EVs from TAMs versus those from MDMs and Hep3B cells co-cultured with TAMs versus those cultured alone. Microarrays were employed to identify circRNAs packaged by EVs and transmitted from TAMs to HCC cells. The following three circRNAs profiles were subjected to intersection analysis: TAMs versus MDMs; EVs from TAMs versus those from MDMs; and Hep3B cells co-cultured with TAMs versus those cultured alone
