Data from: Environmental stress linked to consumption of maternally derived carotenoids in brown trout embryos (Salmo trutta)

dryad_LGEW_EE17This file contains the R-script we used to analyze our data for this manuscript (details of the analysis are given in the manuscript). It also contains two different input files for R. 'parental_characteristics.txt' is a text file with all the measurements we took for the brown trout parents and 'embryo_stats.txt' are all the traits of the embryos.
