Metagenome sequencing of soil samples sorrounding Pappostipa frigida plants from Paso de Jama, Atacama, Chile

Five bulk soil and five Pappostipa frigida rhizosphere samples were collected from Paso de Jama (Atacama, Chile) and sequenced using Illumina and Nanopore technology. In parallel, cultures derived from these soils were also prepared and sequenced.
