Stool, colon, and terminal ileum samples from 30 pediatric Crohn's disease patients (pre-treatment) were collected. Stool samples from 36 healthy control subjects with similar age were collected for the comparison. The V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA DNA was amplified and processed.
