Four replicas of Immunoglobulin Heavy Chain cDNA from blood of a systematically healthy 45-years old individual. Individual cDNA molecules were labeled with an unique molecular identifier (UMI) tag prior to library preparation. Library was then prepared according to our standardized protocol [http://www.frontiersin.org/Journal/10.3389/fimmu.2013.00456/abstract]. Sequencing was performed using Illumina HiSeq2500.
