shRNA screen identifies genes with critical roles in HIV latency. synthetic construct

A shRNA screen was performed to identify the genes that play a critical role in HIV latency and reactivation in Jurkat 2d10 cells that were latently infected with a HIV construct carrying a GFP reporter. The identified genes confirmed previous published data and identified several novel candidates with potentially critical roles in HIV latency.
