The emergence of pathogens resistant to both carbapenems and tigecycline poses a global threat to public health. Adaptation of resistance determinants to novel hosts has accelerated the resistance crisis. In this study, we identified seven ST1545 Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates co-harboring blaNDM-1 and blaKPC-2, with three of them additionally carrying tmexCD2-toprJ2. These isolates were resistant to multiple antimicrobials. The supplementary data was uploaded here for readers' reference.
