Medicinal plants that have either positive or negative effects on their above and below ground parts on biota community and the surrounding plant cover play an important role in ecosystem processes. The intensity of such balance will determine the the microbial community composition and interaction between the below ground parts the rhizospheres that are known to be in continuous interactions with soil microbial community that play critical role in soil nutrient allocation. A few studies had have demonstrated the role of rhizosphere role in establishing high explicit relationships shaping microbial community composition, diversity, and its function. We hypothesized that the use of the different medicinal plant will affect below ground microbial community that will allow us to individualize anduniquely characterized bacterial communities associated with each shrub. Microbial community in the rhizosphere was found to be stimulated by the presence of below parts by increasing bacteria diversity in comparison to control samples.The present study demonstrates the effect of five medicinal plants sharing the same habitat, and their ability to maintain as well to determine the soil microbial community composition.
