Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples from 19 PSC-IBD-CRCs, 15 adjacent (non-tumour) mucosa samples and 18 non-mucosal DNA samples were collected via the nationwide network and registry of histo- and cytopathology in the Netherlands (PALGA).
