RNA sequencing for two near-isogenic lines of maize

Low temperature was one of the most important abiotic stresses that impaired seed germination in plants. As originated from tropical and subtropical region, maize was more sensitive to low temperature, especially at germination stage. Genes associated to maize seed low temperature germination ability (LTGA) were investigated by transcriptome sequencing of 220 (low temperature tolerant line), PH4CV (low temperature sensitive line) and two near-isogenic line (NILs) under low and normal temperature conditions at germination stage.
