MyCoRes: Management of microbial communities on crop residues to reduce mycotoxin contamination in cereals

The objectives of the project are to analyze the microbial communities present on maize residues from different Breton fields and compare them with those on soil, and also study the impact of maize residues (pre-colonized or not with a biocontrol agent) on the Fusarium graminearum colonization capacity and on soil microbial communities.
