In this study we conducted experimental evolution assays to investigate the potential emergence of human echovirus 11 with increased resistance to UVC radiation and a chemical mutagen (ribavirin). In order to characterize the genome evolution of our populations we have conducted NGS of multiple experimental passages of our control and exposed populations.
