"This entity represents the data dictionary for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Recipients and Sub-Recipients data mart. This dataset lists the recipients and sub-recipients of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) funding and medical providers within the RWHAP who currently provide medical services for low-income people living with HIV (PLWH). The RWHAP provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, medications, and essential support services to low-income people living with HIV (PLWH). The Program funds grants to cities/counties, states, and local community-based organizations to provide HIV care and treatment services to more than half a million people each year.
