A survey carried out in March 2024 indicated that online user experience has to improve on B2B e-commerce sites. 23.5 percent of buyers had a very negative experience and another 14.9 percent of them had a somewhat negative experience. In turn, only 15.2 percent of B2B buyers reported to have a very positive experience on e-commerce sites.
