Danish Gallup Omnibus Data 1974, Omnibus no. 14

Danish Gallup Omnibus Data 1974 comprises 14 omnibus surveys carried out by the Danish Gallup Institute in 1974. Each of the 14 omnibuses consists of a number of recurring ques- tions as well as a number of special questions (concerning to- pical events). Omnibus no. 14 comprises all the questions put to a total of 1393 persons (the number weighted=2002). The omnibus includes questions about e.g. the respondent's re- sidence according to degree of urbanization, sex, age and ma- rital status; the respondent's occupational status and educa- tion. In addition to this, some questions have been included which deal with the respondent's gross income, gross household income, the bread-winner's occupation, number of persons in household, type of accommodation, number of children (persons under 15), number of adults (persons aged 15 and over), the re- spondent's status in household, spouse's status, social group, and party preference. These questions are common to all 1974 omnibuses. #Finally, this survey includes some questions about the relations between the sexes, including women's opportunities for education, and their opportunities for using their education if they have one, the physical strength of women, labour market inequalities, the division of housework, relations with the children of the marriage, the consequences of equality for the children, emotional consequences of equality, women's status in public and political life, the Redstockings (women's movement), the influence of the Pill on women's sense of well-being, women artists, etc., as well as some questions about unemployment and the tight economic policy
