United States Overweight and Obesity Prevalence Estimates and Forecasts 1990-2050

The Global Burden of Disease Study 2021 (GBD 2021), coordinated by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), estimated the burden of diseases, injuries, and risk factors for 204 countries and territories. This dataset provides annual estimates for the prevalence of overweight and obesity across various age groups from 1990 to 2021, with projections from 2022 to 2050. The estimates are based on data sources from the GBD 2021 analyses.
