Data and code for manuscript "The effect of social rank on reproductive traits depends on rank metric: Evidence from a group-living carnivore". This contains the following files:rank_submission.rprojR project file for easy running of code.R folderContains one R file "models_and_AICc.r". This script loads the required data, runs model sets using glmmTMB, and compares AICc using MuMIn. data folderContains six csv files of the final datasets required to run sets of models.
