资源简介:
The grey tree frog (Dryophytes versicolor) is freeze-tolerant - it is capable of freezing up to 65% of its total body water into extracellular ice to survive the winter. This adaptation is enabled by metabolic rate depression, which downregulates nonessential genes and processes and reorganizes metabolic processes. Our study investigated the role of microRNA regulation in liver tissue to elucidate its role in metabolic rate depression and freeze-tolerance. We analyzed a small RNA sequencing dataset to predict specific microRNAs, KEGG pathways, and GO processes between control vs. 24 h frozen liver tissue.
