DNAm x cell type-interaction QTL (imQTL) summary statistics for the top association at each CpG site (lead variants) in colon, lung, ovary, prostate, and whole blood tissues

DNAm x cell type-interaction QTL (imQTL) summary statistics for the top association at each CpG site (lead variants) in colon, lung, ovary, prostate, and whole blood tissues. Colon, lung, ovary, and prostate samples were obtained from Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) project (GTEx). Whole blood was obtained from the Health Effects of Arsenic Longitudinal Study (HEALS). These summary statistics were generated using tensorQTL and columns follow their documentation. "variant_id" is provided in this format chr{CHR}:{POS}:{A2}:{A1} where the A1 allele is what tensorQTL computes effect sizes on.
