Andrias davidianus Transcriptome or Gene expression

This study generate a large-scale transcriptome data of Andrias davidianus through the analysis of Illumina paired-end sequencing. These sequences will serve as a valuable resource for novel gene discovery, development of molecular markers, gene mapping and comparative genomic studies. genes associated with immune responses and inflammatory reactions can provide a basis for future research on immunologic mechanisms and disease resistance mechanisms in Andrias davidianus.
