Through generating deep coverage ultralong Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT), PacBio HiFi reads and High-Throughput Chromatin Conformation Capture (Hi-C) data, we report here a complete telomere-to-telomere (T2T) gap-free genome of Salicornia europaea. The 1,043.4 Mb T2T S. europaea genome with a base accuracy of over 99.75% unveiled the structural features of all repetitive regions of the genome. Our assembly produced 18 centromeres and 36 chromosomal ends having telomeres.
