Observation and data fusion for soil moisture dynamics of three LULCs in the Yangtze River Delta region

We have observed soil moisture for three different land use and cover types. Then we examined the soil moisture dynamics to rainstorms. Hierarchical Bayesian Network (HBN) and improved HBN (iHBN) algorithms are used to enhance the performance of SMAP by merging in situ measurements. Here is all data necessary to reproduce the results of this work and codes generated during this study.
