A quantitative approach to easily characterize and predict cell death and escape to β-lactam treatments

This repository contains the raw experimental data corresponding to the paper entitled "A quantitative approach to easily characterize and predict cell death and escape to β-lactam treatments" and authored by Andreani, Gross and colleagues.  

The analysis of the data and the creation of the figures of the paper can be done using the code available at https://gitlab.inria.fr/InBio/Public/esbl-escape. A README file, briefly describing data organization, is provided.
