In this study, raw data were collected from three sections including research greenhouse, biocentre laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, University Of Zabol (UOZ), Iran and also, the target genes correlation rate was calculated based on the co-expression and experimental parameters using the STRING-db database. From Primer3 plus, CLC main workbench v.7, GenEX 6.0, Cytoscape v.3.7.1 and Macro DSAASTAT were used.
