Rhododendron dauricum Raw sequence reads

This study aims to develop and utilize high-resolution genetic markers for the geographical provenance tracing of Rhododendron dauricum individuals. By generating high-throughput sequencing data from multiple populations across their natural range, we seek to identify population-specific genetic signatures. This data will be used to build a reference database that enables the accurate assignment of unknown individuals to their geographic origin, supporting conservation efforts and combating illegal collection of this species.
