Content Analysis Data for Project 'Televisual Caricature'

This dataset was created as part of the project 'Televisual Caricature: an evaluation of satirical impersonation focusing on transnational, transmedia and industrial contexts' SRG21\210915. It is an episode by episode collection of data on the television sketch comedy Spitting Image. Data collected are: number and length of sketches per episode, puppet caricatures featured in each sketch, theme/topic area of sketch, a brief plot description of each sketch, personnel involved in making each episode.
