This dataset contains code and data to replicate the results of the study: Choma, E .F., Robinson, L. A., Nadeau, K. C. (2024). Adopting electric school buses in the United States: health and climate benefits. Accepted for publication at Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America. This dataset includes code (in the format of R scripts), the data used that was not publicly available, and results (including code to generate data files and manuscript figures). This dataset is separated in two main folders: (i) ‘Marginal_Damages_Model and (i)’Results_With_Emissions’. Each folder contains a main documentation file: (i) 'Marginal_Damages_Model/Marginal_Damages_Model_Documentation.txt' ; and (ii) 'Results_With_Emissions/Results_With_Emissions_Documentation.txt'. Each individual file of the dataset contains its own metadata with further details. Downloads of publicly available data are required to execute the code and reproduce our results, and detailed descriptions of where and how to download the data are provided in documentation files and metadata.
