SATINN - demo files and neural networks (r.230516)

Demo data for the development of SATINN - a neural network-based approach to analyzing mouse seminiferous images. This rar file contains the components to run SATINN for the first time: a sample test image as well as the pre-trained neural networks. As SATINN is still in a developmental phase, these data may eventually become outdated. We will continually release updated demo data along with SATINN releases, so please make sure you have the latest files!
