Raw Data and Supplemental Figures for "A Comparison of Primers in 16S rRNA Gene Surveys of Bacteria and Archaea from Volcanic Caves"

The data set contains sequences from 11 samples processed with three different primer sets. Raw read data and associated files for the primer set 519F/1017R for Archaea, 515F/806R for Prokaryotes and 27F/515R for Bacteria. Qiime2 sh files, Metadata, and Barcodes for each data set also provided.
