本项目为公司自研项目,项目背景为:现 TOPCon 太阳能电池的背面具有完整的整面 Poly,在工作时优于会造成长波段的寄生吸收问题,导致转换效率和短路电流的降低;此 Poly Finger 技术旨在 TOPCon 的 磷扩散后,在后续印刷背面电极之外的区域通过激光处理+减液刻蚀的方式,使得非电 极区域 Poly 被去除,从而实现背面局部 Poly 的结构,改善长波段的寄生吸收、提升 TOPCon 太阳能电池的 光电转换效率和电池的双面率。
通过仪器测试,获取改进后的太阳能电池参数,形成本次数据集。
This is an in-house R&D project of the company, with the background as follows: Currently, the backside of mass-produced TOPCon solar cells is covered with a full-surface polysilicon (Poly) layer. During device operation, this layer induces parasitic absorption of long-wavelength light, leading to reduced photoelectric conversion efficiency and short-circuit current. The proposed Poly Finger technology aims to, following the phosphorus diffusion process during TOPCon solar cell manufacturing, remove the Poly layer in regions outside the subsequently printed backside electrodes via laser treatment and diluted solution etching, thereby forming a localized Poly backside structure. This technology can mitigate long-wavelength parasitic absorption, and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and bifaciality of TOPCon solar cells. The dataset of this project is compiled by collecting performance parameters of the improved solar cells obtained through professional instrument-based testing.
