本数据集是基于黑河流域水文气象观测网的原始观测数据,未了让数据使用者更加便捷高效的应用该网络的碳通量观测数据,针对碳通量数据专题应用,将黑河流域水文气象观测网的碳通量观测数据及其与碳通量密切相关的气象环境因子进一步进行后处理,对缺失的气象要素和碳通量进行了插补,并进一步对碳通量进行拆分,最后获得了时间连续的总初级生产力(GPP)、生态系统呼吸(Reco)和生态系统交换量(NEE)以及相关的气象环境因子(向下短波辐射Rg,空气温度Ta,表层土壤温度Ts,空气相对湿度RH,饱和水汽压差VPD,表层土壤水分SWC,降水P,大气压PA,摩擦风速uStar)。该数据集包含了 34 个站点,其中18个站点有连续多年观测,16个站点只在2012年生长季进行了观测。站点涵盖了多种植被类型,包括高寒草甸、高寒沼泽草甸、亚高山森林、干旱区河岸林、农田和湿地、戈壁/沙漠等。

This dataset is developed from the original observation data of the Heihe River Basin Hydrometeorological Observation Network. To facilitate convenient and efficient utilization of the network’s carbon flux observation data by end users, targeted post-processing was carried out for thematic applications of carbon flux data, involving both the carbon flux observation data and their closely correlated meteorological and environmental factors from the network. Specifically, missing meteorological variables and carbon flux data were imputed, and carbon flux partitioning was further implemented. As a result, time-continuous datasets of Gross Primary Productivity (GPP), Ecosystem Respiration (Reco), Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE), and associated meteorological and environmental factors were generated. The included meteorological and environmental factors are downward shortwave radiation (Rg), air temperature (Ta), surface soil temperature (Ts), relative air humidity (RH), vapor pressure deficit (VPD), surface soil moisture (SWC), precipitation (P), atmospheric pressure (PA), and friction velocity (uStar).
This dataset encompasses 34 observation stations in total, where 18 stations have continuous multi-year observation records, while the other 16 stations only performed observations during the 2012 growing season. These stations cover diverse vegetation types, including alpine meadow, alpine swamp meadow, subalpine forest, riparian forest in arid regions, croplands and wetlands, as well as Gobi/desert areas.
