RNA sequencing analysis of HA-JICD1 and NICD1 overexpressed Ink4a-/- murine astrocytes [RNA-seq]

This study demonstrate the biological function of JAG1 intracellular domain (JICD1). In order to elucidate the characteristics of JICD1, HA-JICD1 and NICD1 overexpressed in murine Ink4a-/- astrocytes. Overall design: Ink4a-/- murine astrocytes were transfected with pcDNA puro (control) or pcDNA HA-JICD1 puro (HA-JICD) or pcDNA NICD puro (NICD)
