Deflecting unit comprises movably installed deflecting element designed to change direction of movement of flexible cutting element during movement around guiding unit and having contact surface for temporary contact with flexible cutting tool. Deflecting element has a recess in which the support element of the deflecting unit is installed. Deflecting unit comprises a movably installed additional deflecting element， partially surrounded by deflecting element and having sliding surface， providing possibility of additional deflecting element sliding relative to deflecting element. Processing system includes a cutting device for a process machine and a portable process machine comprising a docking device， intended for connection with a geometrical and/or a force closure with the cutting device.
